We are based in Placer County and have an abundant inventory and online platform to help you plan your next stage.

• Rentals are only for real estate staging or display purposes.
• All rental clients must complete an inquiry form.
• All rental orders require a completed agreement.
• Rental terms are standard 60 days and may be extended monthly if in good standing.
• All rental orders will be invoiced & charged within 2 days of pick-up to account for any items returned or changes to your order. All returns must be made within 2 days and will be credited back to the invoice.
• Payments for rental inventory are due at the time of furniture delivery or contracted date and late after 5 days.

• Stocking fee – This applies to all rental orders, whether picked up or delivered, and covers labor costs related to loading, unloading, restocking, and wrapping inventory.
• Rates vary by order size.
• A one-time stocking fee will be $30 flat rate on all orders of 20 pieces or less.
• All rental orders of 21- 50 items will be charged $60 flat rate fee.
• All orders of 51-100 pieces will be charged $110 flat rate.
• Any order over 100 pieces will be charged $165.
